THE WORLDWIDE REINSURANCE AWARDS IS NOW OPEN FOR ENTRIES. CLOSING DATE FRIDAY 22ND MAY

Now in its 16th year, The Worldwide Reinsurance Awards is the only awards ceremony that has been internationally recognised by the reinsurance industry since its inception. Last year's winners included Wilhelm Zeller, Hannover Re (Lifetime Achievement), Denis Kessler, SCOR (Industry Personality) and Hannover Re (Reinsurance Company). There are 10 categories to enter this year including:

• Reinsurance Company of the Year
• Reinsurance Broking Team of the Year
• Company Launch of the Year
• Re/Insurance Initiative of the Year.

This year readers can enter online. The winners will be decided by our distinguished panel of judges and will be announced at the awards dinner and presentation on Wednesday 2nd September 2009 at the prestigious The Dorchester, Park Lane, London.
