The International Insurance Society (IIS) is the largest organisation of its kind with a membership of almost 1000 insurance leaders representing 90 countries. IIS facilitates global exchange of ideas and initiates practical research addressing critical issues facing the industry. The annual IIS Seminar is typically attended by 500 or more executives and is the only meeting that brings together worldwide insurance executives and academia, providing unparalleled learning and networking opportunities. In conjunction with the annual meeting, the industry’s most prestigious honour, the Insurance Hall of Fame Award, is bestowed on recognised industry leaders and, in partnership with the Geneva Association, original and unpublished research is presented focusing on topics and solutions to business issues which impact the insurance and financial services industries from a local, regional and global perspective.
